The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the application for a Special Use Permit by the New Mexico School for the Arts for a special use permit to allow for a secondary school to be operated on the Sanbusco property, which has been purchased for the school. The hearing on this application for a special use permit is scheduled to occur before the City of Santa Fe Board of Adjustment at 6:00 PM on February 2, 2016 in City Council Chambers.
In addition to discussing the proposed change in use of the Sanbusco property, we will also conduct an election of officers for the neighborhood association and we will also welcome comments from the association members of other concerns they have about the neighborhood. All residents living within the boundaries of the neighborhood association are eligible to be members of the association and to participate in this meeting.
